History

Fyk Soba Inc. was incorporated in Manitoba by Don and Ben Fyk during 2009. Fyk Soba Inc. specializes in the production of premium buckwheat used in the creation of Japanese Soba noodles.

Operations are headquartered in Garland, Manitoba. The pristine farm land and favourable climate in the area is considered ideal for the growth of buckwheat.

In order to ensure highest standards in food safety and quality, Fyk Soba has adopted new shipping technologies and handling procedures for their clients and end consumers.
